FindaGift.ai does not sell products directly and is not responsible for transactions made on third-party platforms you access through our links. We may earn a small commission when you make a purchase via our affiliate links — at no extra cost to you.

We do not guarantee that any recommended product will meet your expectations or be available at the listed price.

When you create wishlists, add notes, or submit other content through the Service, you grant FindaGift.ai a limited licence to store and display that content as part of the Service's functionality.

You are responsible for any content you submit. Do not include sensitive personal information (such as payment details or government IDs) in wishlists or notes.

We do not claim ownership of your content. You can delete it at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

The FindaGift.ai name, logo, design, and all original content on the platform are owned by FindaGift.ai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

FindaGift.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
